  I love the food at Papa Gino's but their supervisor was very out of it this past Sunday. I felt bad for the staff who were working hard and "Tyler" seemed to be disturbed from a nap or something. Very confused and incapable of providing assistance to his team. He couldn't even work the register for his team member. Embarrassing.

  I love how well they handle any issues or mistakes. I appreciate seeing Muriel smiling everyone I go to eat there. And also they remember my order, and are very personable!

  I can't give no stars? Ok. My daughter lost her ring in the bathroom. We went back to go get it, and I needed to change my baby who pooped. It was raining and it was night. We arrive at exactly 9:00. I'm just holding my infant. I try to open the door, it's locked. That's weird because they close at 9:10. Anyway, I start knocking. There are three women working. Two young girls and one large older woman. She mouths to me that they are closed. I said I know. I just need to change my child, and I wanted to know if my daughter's ring was in the bathroom because she was really upset to have lost it. The woman ignored me and went about her business. The two young girls kept giving me dirty looks as I was standing out in the rain with my 1 year old in my arms. Obviously I knew it was closed, I'm not an idiot. I desperately needed to change my child, and they weren't even supposed to be closed yet. (I also would've ordered food, since I was using their restroom. I always do.) Anyway, I saw the large woman say something to the girls, and they all hid in the backroom. Obviously they just wanted to see if they all left, if I would go away. So I didn't. I was furious by this time. I took out my phone and called them. The large woman answered. I asked her very nicely if she could look in the bathroom to see if my daughter's ring was there, and told her I need to change my infant. She said, "It's not in the bathroom. and you can't come in here because we're closed." She didn't even check the bathroom or have anyone else check. She just told me it wasn't there and wrote me off. So I was stuck out in the rain and cold with my baby with a huge smelly poop while they all did whatever they were doing. I don't know who Papa Gino's employs, but obviously they aren't humane. They didn't even open the door to hear me out. I was treated like trash. I have three children who love eating (more than most) and we certainly will never go there again. I was shocked and appalled at the way I was treated. THEY WEREN'T EVEN SUPPOSED TO BE CLOSED!!!!!!! Unbelievable. I will be spreading the word about this place, and calling the manager of these selfish employees. Hopefully they get a harsh speaking to, or lose their jobs because I would hate for anyone to have to go through what I went through tonight. Unreal.
